Majority (98%) of our customers do not pay more than the quoted price, in that sense yes we operate a fixed price policy. We allow you the client to choose, when you want to be met. If you are a business customer and time is of essence, request to be met 10 - 15 minutes after landing, or on landing, in any case you have 45 minutes of free waiting, ample time to clear airport formalities. If you are a leisure customer and require advise on the time required to clear airport formalities please read the information on meeting the driver. This page contains valuable information relating to your transfer whether you are a leisure or business customer. If you follow the advise given you will not incur any additional charges. If for any reason your luggage is delayed, there is a problem with immigration or a security alert please contact us. We will try our very best to keep the additional charge to a minimum. The earlier the better. However, at least 48 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone, most times we will be in the office long after closing time. If you make a online reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.
The destinations are categorised Airport and Seaport/cruise terminal, town, postcode, events, universities, railway stations, hotels, tourist attractions, schools, hospitals and sporting venues and so on. Please start typing your location (name of a hotel, town, city airport, cruise terminal, sporting venue, hospital, train station or any other name) dropdown list will start to appear. So, for example, you want to go to a hotel neat Gatwick airport it is best to type Gatwick and pick the hotel from the drop-down list, rather than type holiday inn which will list all the holiday inn hotels in the country. Please select your to and from locations and click continue. Please note Postcodes are shown by the first three digits or 2 digits(wherever appropriate) only, eg. WC1, CR0 or W1. Postcode pricing is only available in the greater London area.
•Once you have chosen your journey points, you will be taken to a page where you chose your journey dates. Remember to book a return journey you will get a discount for both journeys 10%. Once the date or dates have been selected and submitted.
•You are then taken to the relevant booking form. You will then need to choose the discount you want to use. You may have a coupon number or an account with lifetime discount, or you may choose to use the roundtrip discount and the payment method. If you wish to pay by card, you will need to pay 25% in advance. The balance is payable on the day to the driver
•Please complete the booking form in full and submit it; you will then be given a chance to check your details and finish the booking. Once you have finished the booking, you should receive an automated response stating that your booking has been received etc. If you do not receive this response, we have not received the details of your booking..
•Once you finish the booking, you will be taken to an acknowledgement web page. If you had chosen to pay cash, you would need to pay the 25% advance or the full amount if you had wanted to pay by card in advance. Please click on the online payment button and make your payment. The card transaction and the collection of card data are completed across a secure server, and this service is provided by RBS Worldpay. RBS Worldpay is PCI DSS (Payment card data Industry data security standard) compliant. The PCI DSS is a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security.
•Often discounts are available for round trips so please book your returns now to benefit from the discount.
•Once you have completed the booking, we will respond with a confirmation within 24 hours. Please note if your reservation is within 24hours please call the office.
Yes you can make a booking on the phone our telephone number is +44(0)1634 309660, most times we will be in the office long after closing time. This is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking. Please check our office opening hours. Alternatively you could Email us. If you make a online or e-mail reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.
We can provide you a service with a combination of vehicles, please use the special quotation form and ensure that you include the number of passengers in your party and full details of your journey.
Yes we are able to provide a 24hour service. We will meet you at any time of day there will be no extra charge for unsocial hours. The only time we levy a extra charge is for the christmas period
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area. In the past we used to meet near the airport information desk. These desks have now been removed and replaced with a mobile unit or help desk staff walking around the terminal. We will meet you by a retail outlet and we will provide detailed information in the booking confirmation, alternatively please see meeting your driver page. The driver will be holding a board with the British Airport Cars logo and our web page impression. Your name and flight details will be hand written on this board. Wherever possible we will supply you with the name and mobile/cell phone number of your driver.
If you are unable to locate our driver please ring +44(0)7879 491007. The duty manager will be in possession of this phone and will contact the driver allocated to your booking. If you arrive during office hours .please ring the office number +44(0)1634 309660. You will find airport information very helpful in such circumstances.
We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes (or as you have instructed) after the flight lands. if you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.
Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us as we may not have received your booking. We will also send you a driver confirmation notification 2 days prior to your arrival. This will contain the name and mobile/cell phone number of the driver
The driver will arrive at the airport ½ hour after your flight arrives or as arranged and will wait for 30 minutes. If you are delayed and you require the driver to wait, please contact us as soon as possible so we can instruct the driver to wait for a further 1 hour, which will cost £20 to £30 depending on the type of vehicle. If we do not hear from you, the driver will leave the airport. Please note - if you have any reason to believe that you will clear airport formalities within 30 minutes of landing, please advise us so we can arrange for the driver to arrive at the airport as soon as your flight lands. The first 45 minutes of waiting is included in the price (see next question).
The majority of customers clear formalities within the free waiting time. Our driver will leave the airport if you do not contact us. Unfortunately, in such circumstances, we have no option but to charge the full fare for the journey. In some circumstances, we may charge a reduced amount based on costs incurred. If however, you contact us we will be happy to wait but additional waiting time charges will be levied.
Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time,at times it is difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control. We will make every effort to contact you if we are delayed. These instances are very rare 99% of the time we are able to meet your as you exit arrivals. In circumstances where we unreasonably late we will make every effort to arrange alternate transport through another company and where we are unable arrange a alternate service, we will refund any advance payment.

Smoking in licensed private hire vehicle is against the law, there are heavy penalties if anyone including the driver is found smoking in one of our vehicles.
Tipping is not essential, but in the UK, a tip is offered as a sign of appreciation for good service. Most of our customers tip in the region of 10%.

Yes, you can get a refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee & Admin fees. Please see Terms and Conditions.
It is essential that you book a vehicle capable of carrying your luggage for an efficient transfer from the port. Please see the luggage chart to determine the type of vehicle you require. Please note that if you do arrive with too much luggage for the vehicle you have booked, we will try our best to get you and your luggage to your destination, but this will often cost extra.
