We collect this information in order to deliver the airport transfer service and comply with regulations and information required for processing card transactions. We are also required by to hold information of all journeys completed. In order to deliver the service you have booked we need to send some details relating to your journey and mobile contact number to the driver. No credit/debit card related details are sent the driver, they are stored using SSL on the encrypted portion of the website. We will use your e-mail address and telephone numbers to contact you with confirmation of bookings and any other details pertaining to the bookings. We may also use the e-mail address to advise you of discounts new services that we offer, you will however have the opportunity to unsubscribe your e-mail address at any time. We do not sell rent or loan your information to any third parties only relevant information is sent to the drivers for the purpose of delivering the service booked.
Credit/debit card information
All online payments are handled by Stripe and in this instance we do not handle any information. When however you submit your card details to secure the booking or payment on arrival we only hold the details until the bookings are complete.
