I just wanted to write a quick thank you note. Recently my wife, Elaine Tyson went to London and despite being married to an Englishman, and having visited London several times, this was the first time she had travelled to the UK alone. She was thrilled the cars arrived on time each time, and the drivers were pleasant and attentive to her needs. She was also impressed with the cars themselves. I cannot thank you enough for the superb service provided to us during our July/August 2004 cruise. Your responsiveness putting it all together including the idea for using luggage trailer was great. It worked out perfectly. As you recall, we had a potential medical emergency with one of our travelers necessitating his going to the hospital for evaluation. Fortunately, it worked out and he traveled with us. This did, however require me to ask you to change our pick up time twice even after Chris had started out to get us. That was a major assistance to us and I am certain an inconvenience for you. The return from Harwich was perfect as Chris was early as were we, and he was waiting as we gathered our baggage. There are so many KUDOS for your company and would recommend you without any qualification whatsoever. If any potential customer wants to check with me please give them my address or phone number. Thank you very much for the excellent service you provided during our recent trip to the UK. We were picked up promptly on time by Ian and delivered to our hotel in Central London. Our return driver was David, while the traffic from our hotel to Heathrow was horrendous, he did a great job in getting us there on time. If we should visit the Uk again I would not hesitate to call on you for our transport. I would also recommend your company to others would might have similar travel plans.
