Thank you for your excellent service. I just want to emphasise that the driver Charles Hammond, who picked me up, is such a sympathetic and extremely polite guy. The trip from Heathrow to central London was diverting and a great pleasure. (Much to my regretI wasn't able to give him a tip).

Everything was great. The drivers were on time and very informative and friendly. It seemed as if Manny actually was a tour guide as well as a driver and by the time we reached the hotel we hated to say goodbye!

I thought I would write to you about our journey home on Friday evening. I have nothing but praise for your driver, Earl King. He was there at the airport and made himself known to me when he arrived. When my family exited the arrivals area, he took the trolley loaded with their bags and put everything in the rear of his car. At our home, he took them all out of the car and over to our doorstep. I was very impressed by his courtesy and politeness. His car was also more than I was expecting....it was huge!! And very comfortable and clean too! This is the second time I have used your company for an airport transfer and it definitely will not be the last time. You are now in my "favourites" so that I don't lose your website and contact details!

I recently booked cars from London to Southampton Cruise Terminal & return on 24/07/07 & 31/07/07. We had the driver called Mani (Manoj Devani?) whom we had requested as we had him on a previous booking earlier this year. We would like to pass on our thanks to Mani for first class service on both journeys. He is always on time, contacts us by mobile phone at the pick up point, is friendly & polite, drives carefully & overall provides an excellent service. I was very impressed with our driver, the vehicle, and your service. The driver (Udi) was on time and courteous. He was very helpful, loading our luggage and finding a convenience store for us; and was very safe in his driving. The vehicle was brand new and spotlessly clean (no cigarette odour!) You made the booking easy to do and fulfilled all your obligations to our complete satisfaction. Thank you, and know that I will recommend you.

I made ground transportation arrangements (for prior to and after after our cruise) with a number of individuals in 3 different countries when we cruised the Mediterranean in November 2006 and none responded as promptly as you have.
