You provide an excellent service. Very professional. Although your prices are slightly higher than other transport companies, we are very pleased to have selected your company to drive us from Heathrow to the South Hampton cruise and return. Your communication with us from the start, during our travels and when we returned couldn't have been better. We really appreciate having the name and phone number of your drivers on both ends, not hat they were needed. The cars were clean, in excellent shape and very adequate for us and our luggage. We enjoyed chatting with the drivers. Thanks again for providing excellent service.

I was picked up at Heathrow Airport on time, the driver was very polite, the car was clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of my friends or associates in Western Australia. My wife and I needed a car from Cambridge to the cruise pier in Southampton. I got quotes from several services, and decided to check the internet. I found British Airport Cars with a Google search, and their rate was substantially less than others had quoted. I was a little nervous about paying in advance to a company I'd never dealt with, but the professionalism of the website was reassuring, and I paid with an American Express card, so I figured I could get my money back if something went wrong. A couple of days before the scheduled pickup I got an email with the driver's name and mobile phone number, and I called him just to be sure he existed and had the right pickup time. Bright and early and exactly on time he showed up, and the drive took exactly as long as he'd estimated. I tipped him well, but even so, it was less than we'd been quoted by some other companies. We were delighted with the whole experience and will certainly be using this service again.

Our pick up from a Heathrow area hotel and transport to the Dover cruise terminal was on time and trouble free. Thanks Chris ! Three times in the last month we have had excellent service from British Airport Cars. All 3 times the drivers were waiting for us, very helpful, drove carefully, and knew the necessary routes to take (as some of the trips were during the Jubilee weekend).
