Not living in the area I had to take a bit of chance in finding a reliable taxis service and was very pleased and happy with British Airport Cars. We used British Airport Cars twice, to pick us up at Heathrow and then to return us there two weeks later. Each time the driver, Gary, was on time, very congenial, professional and helpful. I will never seek any other car service in London, as long as British Airport Cars is available. Thank you!

Because of his local knowledge he knew the best location closest to the venue for drop-off and collection to ensure a quick and delay-free journey. A very efficient service. Arriving on the Orient Express (the arrival time can be a little unpredictable), it was essential to have the driver contact details. These were provided 24 hours before arrival, exactly as promised and it made for a smooth pick at Victoria Station, even at a very busy time during a tube strike. I would certainly use British Airport Cars again & would highly recommend them for their customer service and courtesy to passengers.

Our driver this morning was outstanding. Good driving, pleasant, courteous. He represented your company very well. Disembarkation took a bit longer than planned, something to do with the tide and the gangway.

"The service was excellent and I'm really satisfied. I was quite worried as we didn't have much time to make the transfer between Heathrow and Gatwick. Nevertheless, everything worked great. Our flight arrived about 30 min earlier than expected but our driver was already there. Besides, he (Gary Dulake) was extremely nice and professional. Overall, what I expected would be a stressful experience, turned out to be a pleasant transfer between airports".
